ATTaC Security Consulting Staff is comprised of former Secret Service Agents, Senior Military Officers, Military Special Operations Personnel and Cyber-Security Professionals. Each member of the ATTaC staff has at least 20 years experience in their respective field and have conducted real world missions in the United States and in austere environments globally. Mr. Lee has over 20 years of real-world experience combating terrorism while providing anti-terrorism / counternarcotics training and instruction. He has provided direct oversight of both Military and Civilian Law Enforcement missions and training while assigned as the Military Liaison from the Joint Counter Narcotics / Terrorism Task Force. He has deployed twice to Iraq in support of Coalition Forces and has trained and worked alongside Iraqi Police and Kurdish Security Forces and Kurdish Pesh-Merga Forces in Counterinsurgency Operations, Firearms Instruction, Law Enforcement Operations and assisted in post bomb blast investigations. He has also attended Diplomatic Security Training and performed numerous successful missions as a member of a Protective Security Detail in Iraq. Some of Mr Lees deployments include Iraq, Panama, Honduras and Europe. Mr Lee has organized and developed multiple Active Shooter and Disaster Response Training Events for Military Police, Medical Facilities and DOD Schools.
Mr Lee's training includes: NCIS Naval Physical Security Course, NCIS Surveillance Detection Course, International Antiterrorism Travel Planning Coordinator, Active Shooter Response Training for Law Enforcement, Active Assailant Response Training for Civilians, Virtual Interactive Training System Instructor Course, US Army Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection Level III Course, Biometrics Automated Toolset (BAT), US Army Special Weapons and Tactics, US Army Military Police School, US Army Combat Medic School, US. Air Force Special Operations School; International Counter-Terrorism Operations Course, FEMA Emergency Management Operations, FEMA HSEEP. Lean Six-Sigma.
Mr Loney is a senior military leader with over 24 years of experience executing complex worldwide law enforcement and security management operations. He has performed duties as the Executive leader of an international police department comprised of U.S. and Japanese law enforcement personnel. He has planned, coordinated and directed multi-jurisdictional routine, emergency, and special crisis responses. Performed duties as senior regional coordinator for law enforcement agencies across the Central and Eastern Indo-Pacific region. Mr Loney has coordinated law enforcement strategy and management of global response policy for an agency that supported over 47,000 personnel and facilitated response planning to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive threats. Mr Loney has served as a Weapons Treaty Verification and Nonproliferation Inspector Europe, EURASIA, Middle East/North Africa, Indo-Asia Region. Mr Loney has also led specialized, multi-national confidence and security-building teams that verified political and legal treaty compliance by conducting deterrence inspections on selected Eastern European nations. Mr Loney has also been assigned as an official U.S., UN, and NATO representative to international diplomatic dialogues and forums, official State visits, and Cooperative Threat Reduction nuclear monitoring.
Mr Loney is a Certified NATO instructor for arms control policy and light weapons assessments. Mr Loney is a graduate of the Marine Corps University with a Master of Military Studies, Webster University with a Master of Arts in Business and Organizational Security Management, Troy University, Master of Public Administration; South Carolina State University, Bachelor of Science, Criminal Justice;
Mr. Anastasi is a former US Secret Service Agent with over 20 years’ experience in the protective services field. He is a Graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, US Secret Service Training Academy, US Secret Service Specialized Training Courses and Counter-Terrorism Vulnerability Assessment Training. Mr Anastasi has served as both a uniformed secret service agent and member of the Presidential and Vice-Presidential Security Detail. He has provided advance security assessments while also providing plain clothes protective security protection for foreign diplomats and their families. Mr Anastasi has extensive experience providing complex security operations while also completing multi- level security assessments for United Nations and NATO conferences. In addition, Mr Anastasi has created Emergency Operation Plans and completed assessments of possible security vulnerabilities and risk assessments in coordination with the FBI. Mr Anastasi is also trained in surveillance detection and counter-surveillance detection and is certified to instruct ALICE Training for educational professionals and students.
Mr Rosas is a retired Metropolitan Police Captain. He has served in multiple roles as a police officer to include, Field Training Officer, Under-cover Narcotics Detective, Street Crimes and Human Smuggling Detective, Task Force Commander, Acting Police Chief. Mr Rosas also has extensive real-world experience in the Federal Law Enforcement and Investigations field while deploying numerous times in support of DOD and NGO national security missions. Mr Rosas is a certified Surveillance / Counter-Surveillance Detection Instructor and Firearms Instructor.
Mr Tech is an actively deployed personal security detail team member and firearms instructor. Mr. Tech has over 20 years of Civilian Law Enforcement experience to include duty as a S.W.A.T. Commander. His government experience includes current Personal Security Detail and Emergency Response Team Contractor in Afghanistan. He has been deployed multiple times over the last 10 years and brings with him current real-world experience derived from conducting operations in hostile non-permissive environments. He is also a highly qualified Firearms instructor for both small arms and long rifle. Mr Tech is a military veteran with service as an airborne infantryman with specialized training in jungle and small unit operations.
Mr Canales is a retired USMC combat martial arts instructor. He has been an instructor at the USMC School of Martial Arts Center of Excellence in Quantico, VA for 3 years. During that time, he trained hundreds of USMC Personnel, Foreign Militaries, FBI Agents, Federal Contractors and numerous other NGO personnel. He has also trained numerous law enforcement agency personnel in defensive tactics and verbal de-escalation techniques. Mr Canales has successfully conducted airborne and ground-based security operations in both Iraq and Afghanistan.
